FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: connector is made in the form of channel-shaped plate (2) with deflected edges (3, 4) along radius R=(0.52÷0.60)·dK.min or R1=(0.4÷0.48)·dk.min by deflection angle of α=60°÷90°, where dK.min is minimum diametre of rope (1) mounted in connector, body (5), bolt (6) with washer (7) and fixator (8) at the end. Height of deflected edges (3, 4) of plate (2) is defined using maximum and minimum diametres of rope (1), namely: h=(1.0÷1.2)·dK.max and h1=(0.8÷0.9)·dK.min, where dK.max is a maximum diametre of rope (1) mounted in connector. On internal deflected surface (10) of deflected edges (3, 4) in plate (2), there are triangular notches arranged with an identical pitch and height of (0.4÷0.95) mm. Body (5) is made of rectangular sheet and has threaded hole (11) for bolt (6). Sheet is taken with thickness of S1=(1.1÷1.3)·S, where S is thickness of sheet used to make plate (2), and width (1) calculated based on the following ratio: l=A+(0.95+1.02)dK.min, where A is distance between centres of radiuses R, along which plate (2) edges (3, 4) are bent. Fixator made with punching provides for integrity of connector, since in process of connector mounting it prevents complete exit of bolt (6) from body (5).
EFFECT: reduced labour intensity in its manufacturing, design simplicity and convenience in mounting.
