In system of mobile communication, according to particular invention, device of side for data transmission is configurated with ability of retransmission of data transmission block on the basis of transmission confirming signal, transmitted from device of side for data receiving, with usage of data link channel and control channel, and device of side for data receiving is configurated with ability of application of soft unification to retransmitted data transmission block. Device of side for data transmission is configurated so that amount of retransmissions of data transmission blocks can be established to break even.

EFFECT: increasing of carrying capacity of radio network at implementation of control of retransmission in point of data transmission block.
