FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and can be used for detection of patients with cardio-vascular diseases, belonging to group of high risk of development of thrombosis of central retina vein (CRV) and its branches. Determined are: eactivity of bulbar conjunctiva vessels: of arteriole and venule size and duration of vessels spasm. If during pharmacological test with 0.1% solution of adrenalin detected is spasm of bulbar conjunctiva vessels not less than 25% of initial, spasm duration is not shorter than 10 minutes and determined arteriole-venule ratio is less than 0.35, then with heliomagnetic perturbation which has K-index 3 and higher, risk of development of thrombosis of central retina vein and its branches is predicted.
EFFECT: method provides possibility to predict risk of development of thrombosis of CRV and its branches at different intensity of Earth magnetic field fluctuations on the basing on study of vessel reactivity.
