FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to medical genetics, oncology and oncohematology. Method is technically simpler and less consumptive in terms of time and means. Genotype of gene XRCC1 399-th codon is studied. If in examined person genotype Gln/Gln is detected, conclusion about their predisposition to development of aggressive non-Hodgkin's lymphomas, in particular, of diffuse B- large cell lymphoma is made, if in examined person genotype Arg/Arg is detected, conclusion about lower in comparison with population risk of development of aggressive versions of NHL in said examined patient is made.

EFFECT: method is technically simple and less consumptive in terms of time and means, and provides possibility to determine person's predisposition to development of aggressive NHL in the cases when other methods do not allow to realise said determination.
