SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine area, namely to ophthalmology. An instrument comprises a cellulose-acetate filter, a body in the form of a hollow cylinder tightly closed from end face, a spring directed along the cylinder axis fixed in front of end face on the clamp. The spring is compression calibrated at effort 15 grams. From the working end, the body case has a rod with a stop bushing that is a spring-supported rod limit stop. On the end of the rod, there is a replaceable sterilised threaded tip. There is cellulose-acetate filter fixed on an outer side of the tip by means of a replaceable ring.

EFFECT: invention provides adequate conditions for making cell material from eye surface conjunctiva that allows objectifying diagnostics with simple and operative dynamic control of therapeutic results, the device is easily sterilised, constructively easy-to-use as while filter transferred onto conjunctiva, measured effort in 15 gram is carried out by simple single touch to eye surface conjunctiva within 5 seconds, besides application of the developed instrument allows to ensure safety of sampling of cell material of conjunctiva as potential injury of conjunctiva is eliminated while extracting the cellulose-acetate filter.
