METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE ADDITIVE Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A23L1/00

Abstract RU 2374901 C2

FIELD: biotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to biotechnology and may be used in production of biologically active additives. Method provides for the following. Water suspension of yeast cells is prepared. Endogenous ferments of yeast cells are inactivated by means of thermal processing of yeast cells at temperature of 85-95°C and maintenance for 15-20 minutes. After that produced suspension is cooled down to temperature of 54-56°C. Then double-stage processing of produced suspension is carried out with exogenous ferments. At the first stage processing of yeast cells water suspension is carried out by means of addition of ferment preparations Celloviridin and Protosubtilin to water suspension of yeast cells for 1 hr 45 min - 2 hr 15 min at the temperature of 54-56°C, natural pH and permanent mixing. Suspension produced at the first stage is cooled down to temperature of 44-46°C. After that cooled suspension is treated with culture liquid of micromycete strain Aspergillus oryzae VKPM F - 931, or concentrated ferment preparation produced from culture liquid of abovementioned micromycete with addition of ferment preparation Celloviridin, at temperature of 44-46°C, natural pH and permanent mixing for 3 hr 45 min - 4 hr 15 min. After that exogenous ferments are activated by mixture heating up to temperature of 85-95°C and maintenance for 15-20 minutes.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase quality of biologically active additive.
