FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dentistry and can be applied for removal of endodontic instrument fragments from dental root canal. Root canal is widened by means of extracting instrument larger than diametre of fragment to be removed. As extracting instrument, K-file or Pro Taper is used.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce risk of perforation, tearing off root apex.
