FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fat-and-oil industry. Oil composition contains 40-85% wt diglycerides, 5-59% wt, triglyceride, 0.1-10% wt, monoglycerides, 0.01-5% wt, rest of free fatty acid and 0.01-5% wt, glicerin. Composition contains conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) in quantity 5-98% from main fatty acids quantity containing in glicerides. Oil composition contains in food product, functional food product, pharmaceutical composition and food additive.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain composition with following effects: antineoplastic, immune increasing, antioxidant, anticholesterol and growth increasing.
