FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of stop valves and is intended for closure of throughput section of pipelines: water supply systems, oil lines, gas lines, etc. Cylindrical valve has body. Body consists of two mutually perpendicular and tightly joined pipes of various section. Pipe of smaller section has pipeline channel for passage of working fluid. Pipe of larger section has channel for stop element with stop cylindrical surface. In cross section of this surface there is a hole for nominal passage of working fluid Dn, which is less than link L in this section. On both sides of mentioned surface there is a support and a spindle. In pipe at edges of stop cylindrical surface there are plugs installed, which are elements for control of working fluid leaks. At pipe ends there are fixed aligning bushes installed with seal in channel and bearings for support. In pipeline channel on both sides of stop cylindrical surface there are sealing elements arranged in the form of bushes with opening, sealing in pipeline channel and end sealing surface, which corresponds to responsive stop cylindrical surface, to which they are pressed with elastic elements. Pressing of the latter is executed by fixed pipeline flanges with sealing in pipeline channel and opening. Valve control element is installed onto spindle. Stop element has hollow stop cylinder, which comprises two mutually perpendicular and tightly joined pipes of various section. Pipe of smaller section has opening Dn. Pipe of larger section has external stop cylindrical surface with sealing elements at the ends. Supports and spindles are arranged in journals. Journals are fixed to stop cylinder.

EFFECT: simplified design of stop element and reduced labour-intensiveness of its manufacturing, and also increased tightness of valve with monitoring over working fluid flow.
