FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: liquid corn ingredient for beverage is obtained by boiling peels corn ears in natural water until germs of corn grain are boiled out. The corn ear mass left after boiling is separated from the corn water received and pressed. The pressed liquid is added into the corn water. Nonalcoholic beverage contains liquid corn ingredient, sugar and a flavour additive obtained out of fruit juice having sourish taste and aqueous extract of herbs such as willow-herb or corn styles with snouts or corn styles with snouts and magnolia vine. The beverage has a soft enveloping taste suitable for daily quenching of thirst.
EFFECT: organoleptic properties in the beverage are improved owing to conferring it antitoxic and antioxidant properties.
