SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel pentafluorosulphanyl-benzoyl guanidines of formula I 
, where R1 is an alkyl with 1, 2, 3 or 4 C atoms, R2 is hydrogen, R3 is -SO2CH3, R4 is hydrogen, as well as their pharmaceutically acceptable salts which are suitable for use as NHE1 inhibitor or for preparing a medicinal agent with inhibitory activity towards NHE1, as well as to a method for synthesis of formula I compounds.
EFFECT: obtaining a medicinal agent with inhibitory activity towards NHE1, as well as design of a method for synthesis of formula I compounds.
