FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: chronic toxic nephropathy is simulated by parenteral subcutaneous injections of a cobalt chloride solution which contains cobalt 0.2 mg in a unit of the solution equal to 0.1 ml. A daily damaging dose makes 2 mg/kg on a metal base. The introduction is once a day for 1 month.
EFFECT: method enables studying pathogenetic mechanisms of developing toxic nephropathy.
