SUBSTANCE: there is offered diagnostic technique, method for prediction or identification of predisposition to atherosclerosis and susceptibility to development of atherosclerosis plaques and/or vessel obstruction. The method involves sample analysis for percentage frequency of various subpopulations of T-lymphocytes and comparison of obtained data to the comparative and/or reference data.
EFFECT: application of multiple markers simplifies prediction of progression of the disease with higher predictive value.
