Wide excision of the skin tumor and training is performed with a laser radiation power at the catheter output of 1.5 to 2.5 W. If the bones of the facial part of the skull are involved in the tumor process, they are resected.

EFFECT: method ensures effectiveness of treatment, significantly reduces the risk of leaving viable tumor cells in the surgical area and reduces the frequency of relapses due to step-by-step complex treatment.
