The invention means providing the contact between one or more hydrocolloids, water with reception colloid solvent, providing a contact between colloid solvent and one or more food components and providing the possibility for a final mix to form into the firm weight having gel-like a structure, and also to the food compositions received in such a way.
EFFECT: invention use allows getting a food supplement easily out of the container.
