FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: in a gas-discharge mirror lamp comprising a burner mounted on current leads into a round symmetrical flask, at least a half of the inner surface of which is coated with a mirror layer, so that the plane stretching via its longitudinal edges is parallel to the burner axis, which is located on the longitudinal plane of symmetry and is displaced from the flask axis to the mirror layer, between the burner and the mirror layer of the flask there is a mirror reflector, differing by the fact that longitudinal edges of the reflector are arranged with a serrated shape, with the angle of each tooth in the range of 25°÷45°.
EFFECT: improved evenness and level of illumination from gas-discharge mirror lamps and production of required curves of light forces.
