SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to dermatology and deals with treatment of onichomycisis. For treatment of fungal nail diseases suggested is a treatment complex including introduction of immunomax in definite regimen in accordance with regimens and doses of other therapy components. Cleaning of nail bed and introduction of local antimycotic medications are performed. 10-14 days after that itraconazole is introduced by pulse-therapy scheme in amount 200 mg 2 times a day during 7 days, with 3-week interval between them. After the first course of pulse-therapy with intraconazole immunomax and doxihem are introduced. Immunomax is introduced in amount 200 u intramuscularly every second day in number 3 injections with further week interval and repeated course of 3 injections. Doxihem is introduced in amount 500 mg 3 times a day during 1 month.

EFFECT: for the first time designed doses and introduction regimen of said immunocorrector in combination with introduction regimens of other therapy components reduce treatment terms and prevents disease recurrences.
