FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and is intended for dynamical sizemetry of retinal vessels. Spectral optical coherent tomography with three-dimensional reconstruction of examined area of retina is carried out. After that tomographic cut is positioned relative to stable anatomical landmarks of eye bottom - vessel bifurcation, vessel cross, edge of visual nerve disc, - and width of vessel shadow at the level of pigment epithelium layer is measured. At repeated examination positioning of scans axis is carried out by the same stable landmark on eye bottom.
EFFECT: method allows realising of non-invasive sizemetry of retinal vessels, carrying out examination in dynamics.
