FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and is intended for estimation of efficiency of transpupillary thermotherapy of initial choroidal melanoma by method of spectral optic coherent tomography. In case of retina thickness (RT) above tumour equal 33-127 mcm, height of neuroepithelium detachment (NED) above tumour being less than 1 mcm, 0 degree of expression of diffuse or racemose retinal edema (RE) above tumour, 1 degree of expression of pigment disorganisation in layer of retinal pigment epithelium (PDRPE) above tumour, height of arc-like change of choroidal profile (ACP) above tumpur being less than 1 mcm, retina thickness (RT) in adjacent zone being 120-150 mcm, height of neuroepithelium detachment (NED) in adjacent zone being 0 mcm, transpupillary thermotherapy is estimated as efficient. In case of RT above tumour being 128-250 mcm, NED above tumour above tumour being 1-200 mcm, 1 degree of expression of diffuse or racemose RE above tumour, 1 degree of expression of PDRPE above tumour, height of ACP above tumour 1-1359 mcm, RT in adjacent zone 151-250 mcm, height of NED in adjacent zone 1-150 mcm, transpupillary thermotherapy is estimated as insufficiently effective. In case of RT above tumour being 251-895.3 mcm, NED above tumour above tumour being 201-400 mcm, 2,3 degree of expression of diffuse or racemose RE above tumour, 2 degree of expression of PDRPE above tumour, height of ACP above tumour 60-2768 mcm, RT in adjacent zone 251-450 mcm, height of NED in adjacent zone 151-6245 mcm, transpupillary thermotherapy is estimated as inefficient.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to estimate transpupillary thermotherapy efficiency with application of spectral optic coherent tomography, to plan adequate tactics of organ-preserving treatment.
