FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: strain of bacteria Kocuria rosea 307, isolated from soil and providing a site-specific endonuclease Krol is put forward. Endonuclease Krol recognises and cleaves both strands of nucleotide sequence of DNA 5'-GCCGGC-3'/3'-CGGCCG-5' in which two central cytosines are methylated in position C5 with formation of four-based 5'-protruding ends. For strain cultivation media of the following composition (g/l) is used: peptone - 10, yeast extract - 5, NaCl - 5, distilled water - the rest. Cultivation is carried out at 28°C with aeration up to attaining the stationary stage of growth. Yield of enzyme is 200 u/g of raw biomass, the concentration is 1000 u/ml.
EFFECT: invention yields elevation of enzyme.
