SUBSTANCE: 100 kg of soft drink contains the following number of initial components: 0.3 - 0.5 kg of fruit and berry concentrate, 0.75-0.80 kg of xylitol, 0.55-0.65 kg of citric acid, 0.10 - 0.14 kg of food flavors with fruit-berry scent, 0.45-0.55 kg of soyabean peptide, 6.0-7.0 kg of polydextrose, 0.025-0.035 kg of 1% food colouring, and a dietary supplement including 0.20-0.30 kg of Garcinia Cambodian, 0.025-0.035 kg of fucoidan and 0.25-0.35 kg of L-carnitine, and the rest is water. As a fruit and berry concentrates an apple, orange, mango, strawberry, bilberry, blackberry, pomegranate and strawberry concentrate may be used, and as a flavour an apple, orange, mango and strawberry, bilberry, blackberry, pomegranate and strawberry flavours may be used.

EFFECT: invention provides beverage obtaining effectively normalising lipid-carbohydrate metabolism, lowering blood cholesterol and decreasing obesity, and improves the general condition of the human body and increases resistance to diseases.
