SUBSTANCE: detector has a semiconductor base and a substrate. The base is made from a polycrystalline cadmium sulphide film and the substrate is the electrode pad of a piezoelectric quartz-crystal resonator.
EFFECT: increased sensitivity when detecting ammonia trace contaminants and increased technological effectiveness of making the detector.
