FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: electrode liquid heater includes housing with heated liquid and number of heating elements, each of which is made in the form of coaxial cylindrical metal electrodes, one of which is solid, and having current leads at that, interelectrode space in each element is divided into a number of sections with horizontal waterproof dielectric partitions, and in each section in external electrode there are through holes; as per invention, inside the heater housing there arranged is hollow cylinder open on upper end and the bottom of which is tightly attached to the heater housing bottom, and which is installed with a gap between its upper edge and cover of heater housing. Heating elements are submerged inside cylinder. Lower part of cavity of cylinder is interconnected with liquid heat carrier source by means of the pipe introduced to its cavity at the heat carrier bottom, and output of heater of heated heat carrier is also located in lower part of heater housing. Edge of pipe for supply of heat carrier to cylinder cavity is located above heater housing bottom.
EFFECT: shortening the time and reducing the output of electric energy consumed for heating of unit of volume of liquid heat carrier to the specified temperature.
