SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a solar cell made on a glass substrate containing: SiO₂, Na₂O, CaO and possible MgO, Al₂O₃, K₂O additives, wherein the solar cell has a buffer layer of silicon nitride formed on the glass substrate and directly in contact with it; a rear electrode containing Mo, formed on the buffer layer directly in contact with it; an adsorber layer formed on the rear electrode containing Mo; and a front electrode. The invention also discloses an electronic device and a method of making said device.

EFFECT: possibility of preventing or slowing down uncontrolled migration of sodium into the semiconductor layer of solar cells or other electronic devices.
