FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: genes and mutations therein are indentified on a DNA-microchip by hybridisation analysis, wherein a marked DNA is hybridised with immobilised oligonucleotides to assess thereafter mark activity in DNA duplexes on a carrier surface. The invention can be used in clinical microbiological laboratories and epidemiological surveillance services for assessing resistance of an agent of infection of Enterobacteriaceae family to antibiotics of penicillin and cephalosporin group by observing the mutations in coding genes.

EFFECT: new compounds show effective biological properties.
