FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire-resistant glasing. The fire-resistant glazing contains at least one expansible layer based on an alkaline silicate hydrate between glass sheets. The glass sheets are coated with a thin layer which filters UV rays which does not transmit more than 35% of rays with wavelength equal to or less than 345 nm. The layer which filters UV rays can be made from one of the following components: zinc oxide or zinc-based alloy, mixed tin and zinc oxides, cerium oxide.
EFFECT: high ageing resistance.
