FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention deals with transparent fireproof glazing. It contains sheets of glass and one or several layers of swelling composition from hydrated silicate of alkali metal between them. Thickness of said different component parts and composition of swelling layer or layers is obtained without drying. Thickness of e glazing is expressed in millimeters, that is sheets of glass and swelling layer (-s), and class of fire resistance EI, expressed in minutes, satisfies ratio 3≤EI/e. Swelling layer (-s) has(have) content of water between 33% and 43% wt % and molar ratio between 3.5 and 5.
EFFECT: invention ensures creation of glazing with high characteristic of fire resistance.
