FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: fire resistant glasing comprises at least one swelling layer arranged between glass sheets and made on the basis of a hydrated silicate of an alkaline metal. Elements of a bubble formation initiator are introduced into a swelling material to establish a well-distributed expansion in process of fire resistance testing. Elements of the bubble formation initiator are introduced into glasing in the amount of at least 5 and preferably 20/mm2 of the processed layer surface area. Particles of the bubble formation initiator are produced from a powder of silicon dioxide, glass powder.

EFFECT: even expansion of an intermediate later and reduction of crack-like defects.
