FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and forestry, particularly, to production of granulated fertilisers. Proposed device comprises cylindrical container with union to discharge finished product and feed heat carrier via nozzles, divided into loading chamber with screw and granule drying chamber with grid classifier made from bimetal and provided with holes representing truncated cone with larger base directed toward flat blade. The latter is arranged below grid and incorporates rotation drive provided with rpm controller made up of a set of piston electromagnetic couplings and pressure controller with pressure transducer. Pressure controller comprises comparator unit and setting unit. Comparator unit is connected with electronic amplifier input. Said electronic amplifier incorporates nonlinear feedback unit and has its output connected to magnetic amplifier that incorporates rectifier with its input connected to flat blade rotation drive speed controller. Note here that pressure controller is arranged ahead of nozzles in granule drying chamber.
EFFECT: preset amount of granulated fertilisers due to automated control over heat carrier temperature.
