FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and forestry, namely, to production of pelletised fertilisers, mainly, sugar refinery wastes or from mix of wastes and black earth washed off from sugar boot roots. Pelletiser comprises cylindrical container with finished product discharge union and heat carrier feed union, divided into loading chamber with screw and pellets drying chamber. Convergent nozzle inner surface is furnished with helical grooves extending from nozzle inlet to outlet with tangents directed clockwise. Pellets drying chamber inner surface is furnished with helical grooves with tangents directed counter clockwise.

EFFECT: preset quality of pellets thanks to turbulised boundary layer on inner cylindrical surface.
