FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and forestry, particularly, to production of pelletised fertilisers from, mainly, from wastes of, for example, defects of sugar plants, etc. Proposed device comprises cylindrical tank with finished product discharge pipe and heat carrier feed pipe divided into loading chamber with screw and pellet drying chamber by classifier composed of the grate from composite metal and openings shaped to truncated cone with larger base directed toward flat blade. Flat blade equipped with rotary drive is arranged under aforesaid grate. Note that said drive is furnished with rpm regulator and pressure regulator with pressure gage. Pressure controller comprises comparator unit and setting unit. Thermoelectric generator is composed of housing with flow channel for heat carrier and set of differential thermocouples. Note here that "hot" ends of said differential thermocouples are located inside said heat carrier flow channel while their "cold" ends are secured at thermoelectric generator case surface. Inlet of thermoelectric heat carrier flow channel is communicated with heat carrier feed pipe with outlet connected via three-way valve with nozzles.
EFFECT: maintaining rated power output of flat blade drive.
