FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and forestry, namely to production of granular fertiliser mainly from waste products, such as sugar mills defect or mixture of defect and humus, washed from the beet root. The device for granulating fertilisers comprising a cylindrical container with a nozzle for outputting the finished product and for supplying the coolant through the nozzles, divided into a load chamber with the screw and the chamber for drying pellets through a classifier in the form of a grid of bimetal and the openings in the form of a truncated cone having a large base towards a flat knife, the flat knife mounted under the grid with a rotary drive. At that, the rotary drive is provided with a rotary speed control in the form of a unit of powder electromagnetic clutches and the pressure regulator with a pressure sensor. The pressure regulator comprises a comparison unit and a unit assignment. The inner surface of the screw blade is thermally coated with metal mesh with thermal conductivity coefficient 2.0 times higher than the thermal conductivity coefficient of the main metal of the blade to create the effect of thermal vibration.
EFFECT: invention enables to maintain the specified quality of the fertiliser granulation under conditions of changing the pellet sizes when using the device.
