SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of granular fertiliser primarily from waste products, for example, of sugar plant defecate, or defecate and black soil mixture, washed from beet root.

EFFECT: maintenance of the normalised values of energy consumption for the drive of rotation of the screw and the flat blade by removing the increase of air pressure in the loading chamber when driving the material initial for granulation from its upper part to the grid, which required, as a result of the total impact of the weight of the fertiliser processed and the air pressure decreased by it, additional power to drive of rotation of the flat blade.
