SUBSTANCE: device for granulating fertilisers comprising a cylindrical container with a fitting for output of the finished product and for supplying coolant through the nozzles, divided into a load chamber with a screw and a chamber of drying granules through the classifier in the form of a grid of the bimetal and the openings in the form of a truncated cone with the larger base towards a flat blade. The flat blade mounted under the grid with a rotary drive, and the rotary drive is equipped with a humidity regulator with a humidity sensor. At that the humidity regulator comprises a comparison unit and a unit of assignment. At that the comparison unit is connected to the input of the electronic amplifier equipped with a unit of nonlinear feedback, and the output of the electronic amplifier is connected to the input of the magnetic amplifier with the rectifier which is connected at the input to the speed regulator of the rotary drive of the flat blade in the form of a block of the powder electromagnetic clutches, in addition the humidity sensor is located in the loading chamber, in front of the classifier in the form of removable grids.

EFFECT: invention enables to reduce the energy consumption for the rotary drive of the flat blade.
