SUBSTANCE: method is proposed to detect physical location of a mobile phone at this time. In the database the subscribers are saved into data received from parametres of mobile phone control. In the database of location parametres data is stored on locations, which compare various physical locations with data saved in the subscribers' database. When there is a request to establish location of a specific mobile phone, a request is data from the subscribers' database. The request is made relative to the database of location parametres in order to get location of a mobile phone. Some of location data was received from traffic monitoring system, providing points on the road network compared to values of some or all parametres of mobile phones control.
EFFECT: improved quickness and accuracy of location detection.
