SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemical and clinical analyses, particularly, to method of fluid sample testing, test element and computer-based system made up of multiple test elements. Separate test element comprises fluid proportioning chamber, sealed packages, liquid reagent sealed packages, fluid sample inlet and actuator of proportioning and mixing of interacting components, and reaction results recorder. Test element performs automatically calibration, check and test reactions under control of control element. System uses identical packed fluids in each test element, compares mean check results and separate results with mean values, reveals errors with the help of results outside the limits of mean square errors.
EFFECT: improved control over quality of biochemical and clinical analyses.
