FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: binder is obtained through the following steps. High-molecular epoxy resin is dissolved in a true solution of solid epoxy resin with solubility parametre in a ketone solvent not less than 23 MPa1/2. Phosphorus-containing epoxy resin is dissolved in the ketone solvent. The obtained solution of the phosphorus-containing epoxy resin is added to a mixture prepared from at least one liquid epoxy resin based on bis-phenol A. A latent hardener and an accelerator are added to said mixture. The solution of high-molecular epoxy resin is mixed with a mixture prepared from at least one liquid epoxy resin, the phosphorus epoxy resin, hardener and accelerator.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain binder with improved adhesion-cohesion characteristics and a prepreg with high combustion resistance.
