FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices for obtaining diagnostic information by means of ultrasound. Ultrasonic sensor contains set of piezoelectric elements, located in form of grid in preliminarily specified direction, with electrodes, transmitting and receiving ultrasound wave on both surfaces, at least, two acoustically matching layers on one surface of piezoelectric element; set of first grooves in piezoelectric element and, at least, first matching layer which divide piezoelectric element in longitudinal direction, orthogonal to grid direction; signal conductor on the surface from the opposite side of said one surface of piezoelectric element; and set of second grooves, which divide first acoustically matching layer, piezoelectric element and signal conductor in direction of piezoelectric element grid. Acoustically matching layer, piezoelectric element and signal conductor are formed in curvilinear shape of surface in longitudinal direction of piezoelectric element with application of set of first grooves. Second version of sensor implementation additionally contains material-padding of posterior surface, which serves support for acoustically matching layer, piezoelectric element and signal conductor. In third version in addition to second, on first acoustic layer located is grounding conductor, on which, in its turn, made is second acoustically matching layer. In fourth version additionally on second acoustic layer there is third acoustic matching layer, three acoustically matching layers, piezoelectric element and signal conductor being formed into curvilinear shape of surface in longitudinal direction of piezoelectric element with application of set of first grooves.
EFFECT: invention application makes it possible to increase sensitivity and range width in order to provide high-resolution ultrasound image.
