FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in forming scull on bottom of pelletiser, in supply of wet charge into pelletiser in two flows, in introduction of first flow of charge into flow of gas and in generation of gas-wet charge jet. On bottom of the pelletiser there are formed a zone occupied with charge and a zone free of charge. Charge is sputtered on scull in the zone free of charge thus producing dense layer of wet charge. Dense layer of charge is separated into nuclei which are after-pelletised to pellets with charge of the second flow. Also, pore generating additives are additionally supplied into the gas-wet charge jet. As additives there are used particle of phytogenic origin or plant residues of agriculture crumbled to a needle state with length of particles 2-10 mm and diameter 0.1-2.0 mm at amount of 1-10 % of weight of charge of the first flow.
EFFECT: increased strength and degree of pellets restoration.
