SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Orthopedic device for holding patient's lower jaw in extended or protruding position contains intraoral anterior mandibular support surface for prevention of drawing-in of lower jaw by support on gum, covering lower jaw, with which intraoral anterior mandibular support surface is connected. In order to prevent rotation of dental orthopedic device, caused by interaction of intraoral anterior mandibular support surface and extra-maxillary anterior maxillary support surface, orthopedic device is provided with intraoral posterior maxillary support surface.
EFFECT: relative position of maxillary and/or mandibular support surfaces can be regulated to satisfy user's demands.
