FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises two sections of long line connected to electronic unit arranged vertically in vessel with controlled liquid. Note here that one of said sections represents hollow "П"-like section of two-wire line while another one represents coaxial line section. Coaxial line external conductor is made up of two-wire line section inner surface while its internal conductor is arranged aligned with its outer conductor on two-wire line hollow section. Two-wire line section outer surface may be coated by dielectric shells.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of measurements.
