FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fat-and-oil industry. The method for production of oil for food involves milling spices into powdery condition, introduction of spices into a liquid refined vegetable oil, stirring, infusion of spices with constant shaking at a temperature of 18-60°C during 2-24 hours, clarification of the produced spice-and-oil mixture during 24 hours and separation of oil from the sediment; the spices are represented by cardamom or coriander or turmeric or cinnamon; the components are taken at the following ratio, wt %: oil - 90-98%, spice -2-10%.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce oil for food, the product has antiseptic and antioxidant properties with increased storage life.
