FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to electric arc welding with consumable electrode of solid cross-section, flux cored wires, self-shielding wires in active and inert gases, mixtures Ar+CO2; CO2+O2; Ar+CO2+O2 on reverse and direct polarity in various spatial positions, and it refers namely to combined control method of transfer of electrode material during welding with the use of consumable electrode. Welding is performed by using short arc or long arc and welding current pulses are supplied synchronously with wire supply pulses or in phase with supply pulses of welding wire. Welding current pulses and welding wire supply pulses are supplied at one and the same frequency and irrespective of supply frequency. Welding wire supply pulses at pauses are performed at wire movement speed values equal to zero or not equal to zero.
EFFECT: improving quality of weld joint owing to synchronous combination of welding wire supply pulses and welding current pulse.
