SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to embodiments of electrically controlled aerosol generating device, aerosol generating electrical system and inductor assembly for aerosol generating electrical device. Electrically controlled aerosol-generating device for heating an aerosol-generating article comprising an aerosol-forming substrate, by heating the susceptor element arranged so as to heat the aerosol-forming substrate, comprises a device casing defining a chamber for accommodating at least a portion of the aerosol-generating article, an inductor comprising an induction coil arranged around at least a portion of the chamber, and a power supply connected to the induction coil and configured to provide high-frequency electric current to the induction coil, thus, during use, the induction coil generates a pulsating electromagnetic field for heating the susceptor element, thereby heating the aerosol-forming substrate. Inductor additionally comprises a flux concentrator arranged around the induction coil and configured to distort the pulsating electromagnetic field generated by the induction coil during use towards the chamber. Inductor additionally contains a damping element located between the flow concentrator and the casing of the device.

EFFECT: enabling accurate adjustment of the flow concentrator during assembly to achieve the desired level of magnetic induction from the induction coil and the desired level of electromagnetic flow in the chamber where the aerosol-generating article current collector will be located during use.
