FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: suspension of ferrosilicon-microsilica production waste is prepared in an alkaline solution, and the waste is a carbon-siliceous material with particle size of 0.01-200 mcm, including 6-14% of the carbon part, represented by a crystalline component in the form of β-SiC and graphite, and also the siliceous part represented by amorphous SiO2. The suspension is heated up to 63-65°C at atmospheric pressure and permanent mixing with the speed of 1.5-2 rps. Surface area of the mixing blades makes 2/3 of the suspension cross section area.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simplify the process of making liquid glass of uniform composition, to reduce power inputs.
