FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device is designed to disturb operation fo equipment, for instance, of terrorists by special services, comprises three parallel conductors of dielectric design and a voltage limiter between two of them, consisting of a pulse source, three parallel conductors in dielectric design, two of which at one end are electrically connected with a source of pulse, at the other end - with two conductors of equipment, and the third conductor of the device is electrically connected to the third conductor of equipment. A resistor, which is electrically connected with the second and third conductors of the device, is introduced in the device at the side of the pulse source, and the shape and arrangement of conductors and insulators in cross section of the device, relative dielectric permeability of insulators and length of conductors of device are selected so that difference of complete delays of even and odd modes excited by a pulse in the device conductors is more than total duration of the pulse, and is equal to a difference of complete delays of even and odd modes excited in equipment conductors with a negative sign, and a source of pulse is decomposed at the end of the device into two pulses of lower amplitude compared to voltage of limiter actuation, and at the end of equipment conductors a higher amplitude pulse is recovered compared to pulse amplitude at the end of the device.
EFFECT: device ensures complete full decomposition of pulses and has a wider range.
