FIELD: processing procedures.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to procedure for production of strips of silicon steel, in particular, of silicon steel with directed grain structure and of multi-phase steel. According to the procedure, a slab is initially cast in a casting machine. Further, it is rolled in at least one rolling mill into a strip. Before and/or after at least one rolling mill the slab is heated in at least one furnace. Behind the casting machine and before a rough rolling mill the slab is heated in the first furnace to temperature of rough rolling (T1), or, in case of the first furnace absence, the slab enters the rough rolling mill utilising heat of casting. Successively the slab is rolled in the rough rolling mill, after which it is heated in the second furnace (7) to a certain temperature (T2) exceeding temperature of rough rolling (T1). The slab is finally rolled in finish rolling mill to final thickness of the strip. Also, in case of treatment of multi-phase steel or steel with comparatively higher contents of alloying elements, for a specified period of time the strip is maintained at higher temperature (T2), preferably, from 1150°C to 1300°C till non-uniform distribution of alloying elements (liquation) is partially or, preferably, completely eliminated In case of processing silicon steel, in particular, silicon steel with directed grain structure for a specified time the strip is maintained at higher temperature (T2), preferably from 1200°C to 1350°C till discharges of various types at least partially, and, preferably, completely transit into solution. The process mode with stages of casting, rough rolling at the first temperature (T1), successive heating to higher temperature (T2) with finish rolling is performed for both silicon steel and micro-alloyed steel and multi-phase steel.
EFFECT: upgraded quality and production of silicon steel with directed grain structure or multi-phase steel.
