FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, oncology and can be used for treating primary and metastatic liver tumours by radio-frequency tumour exposure by means of cooled electrodes. The exposure power is 80 Wt, oscillation frequency is 440 kHz by means of four electrodes simultaneously introduced into the tumour and equispaced circumferentially at 3-5 mm from its border, at depth related to the tumour depth for a period of time determined by impedance 350 Ohm.
EFFECT: invention extends the range of the methods of treating liver tumours, provides full tumour destruction, allows reducing number of complications.
