FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of veterinary virology. Vaccine includes vaccine strain of rabies virus, grown in inoculated cell culture and food and shape-forming components. As vaccine strain vaccine contains culture liquid, which contains avirulent rabies virus strain with infectivity titre 6.0-8.5 lg FFU50/cm3. As food and shape-forming components vaccine contains fish flour, beef fat, paraffin or food polymer and unrefined cereal grains, additionally it contains marker-tetracycline, with the following component ratio, wt %: culture liquid, which contains avirulent rabies virus strain with infectivity titre 6.0-8.5 lg FFUso/cm3- 1.0-4.0, tetracycline - 0.3-1.2, paraffin or food polymer- 5.0-10.0, unrefined cereal grains -5.0-15.0, fish flour- 30.0-40.0, beef fat - the remaining part. Method of vaccine obtaining lies in the following: vaccine rabies strain is grown in inoculated monolayer-suspension sublines of cells of Syrian hamster baby "ВНК"-21/13-02 or saiga kidney, obtained culture liquid, which contains avirulent rabies virus strain with infectivity titre 6.0-8.5 lg FFU50/cm3, is frozen at minus 20-40°C. After that, tetracycline, paraffin, unrefined cereal grains, fish flour, beef fat are mixed for 25-30 minutes at temperature 55-60°C. Obtained mass is poured into plastic moulds at temperature 40-45°C. In each mould cell placed is culture liquid, which contains avirulent rabies virus strain and frozen at temperature minus 20-40°C.

EFFECT: vaccine possesses high antigenic and immunogenic activity, is harmless, stable in storage, attractive for wild carnivorous animals.
