FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of tomato sauce production includes preparation of recipe components, grinding of garlic, hot chili pepper and dill and cilantro green using grinding machine, mixing of these components with tomato puree, sugar and salt, boiling in vacuum, addition of acetic acid, filling, sealing and sterilization. At this during mixing additionally sunflower flour shall be used. Before mixing sunflower flour shall be watered with potable water and hold it to upswell. The boiling is executed to reach the dry substance content of at least 15%. All components are taken in certain ratio.
EFFECT: invention allows receiving new tomato sauce which has reduced adhesion to package walls.
